We are a group of individuals who believe no one should struggle alone amidst the age old stigma which has crippled mental health care throughout the years. We are stigma busters in our efforts to help people who live with mental illnesses and their family members navigate an often confusing and inadequate system. We are volunteers who "get it". We are old, young, comprise many ethnic, socio economic, educational and wonderfully diverse backgrounds. We are proud of our diversity. We are all volunteers who feel passionately about supporting, educating, advocating and promoting research on behalf of individuals with mental illnesses and their families, co-workers, and friends.
